  • Do you board pets?

No, all pet care is done in their own home where they feel safe and can have their own stuff and a schedule they’re used to.

  • How many times will you check on my pet?

Cats/small animals require minimum of one daily check for vacation sits and dogs require three. All visits are completely customizable for how many times we come and how long they last. I will always be happy to make recommendations for your pet's best care needs and if time allows ,those visits can be adjusted if needed during the sit.

  • What does a pet visit look like?

During every pet visit your pet's needs are the priority. At a pet visit, the focus is on giving your pets lots of love, attention and fun!  They will take a potty break first (cats or other small animals will get a litter box/cage clean ), then play, meals and cuddles where all the attention is focused on them. Included are small duties like rotating lights/blinds, mail care, trash, etc. If more time is needed to perform extra tasks you may be asked to do longer visit times so your pet can receive the best care.

  • Can you stay overnight with my pet?

Yes! These spots are very limited so booking early is necessary. Your pet gets lots of extra cuddles, bedtime massage and the security of having their caretaker with them through the night in case they get lonely. Overnight guests receive two daily visits for potty/dinner breaks.

  • Do you work holidays?

Yes! Holiday are some of the busiest times so I recommend booking early! There will be an additional fee assessed for each service on all following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

  • What are your booking/cancellation policies?

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total bill at the time of booking to hold your date request. The remaining balance will be due by first date of service. There will be no refunds for shortened trips. If your trip is extended either by choice or to circumstances out of your control without 48 hour notice, there is a late extension trip fee. More detailed information on fees and policies are provided in your required service agreement, which you can review at any time in your Time To Pet portal/app.

  • Are you insured?

Yes! I'm bonded and insured by Business Insurers of the Carolinas, I am also pet CPR & First Aid Certified as well as being a member of Pet Sitters International.

  • Am I in your service area?
